In the I’On community, there are a number of different organizations, and sometimes knowing who is who can be a challenge.
For example, many people mistakenly believe that The I’On TRUST is part of the I’On Assembly Homeowners Association or the I’On Club, which is not the case. The TRUST is an independent tax-exempt nonprofit organization.

Membership |
Mandatory. An annual regime fee is required of all property owners in I’On. |
Voluntary. Most participants are residents and friends of I’On. Family and corporate rates are available, from $100 and up. |
Voluntary. Members can be residents or non-residents. Family, couple and single rates are available. |
Voluntary. Membership is open to I’On residents who own a business and other nearby businesses (<1 mi). There is no charge for membership. |
